We ship orders worldwide every day. Delivery times are usually 5-10 days from dispatch. All international orders are shipped by trackable means. If shipping cost more, we will notify you by e-mail. International orders will be shipped only at the billing address.

Duties, Sales or Value Added Taxes
Please note that some governments (especially in Europe and Asia) collect Sales or Value Added Taxes on contact lenses and other optical items. Such duties and/or taxes are NOT included in the purchase price of your order. It is the your responsibility to pay any such taxes as required by local statute at the point of delivery.

When will my order ship?
The following factors may affect our ability to ship your order quickly:

Make sure your billing and shipping information is correct.
We will not ship orders to be paid by personal check until the check has cleared.
If we need to verify your prescription with your eye doctor, we will not be able to ship your lenses until after we have confirmed that you have a valid prescription.
If we happen to be out of stock when you order, we will upgrade your shipping (if necessary) to make sure that you receive your lenses within the specified delivery timeline. However, we cannot account for some manufacturer backorders that may delay delivery further.
